Since establishing Vasco Ventures in 2007, Ephraim Vashovsky has overseen all operations in organizational development, property acquisition, and real estate sales.

Ephraim Vashovsky’s recent acquisition and development projects include Edgewater in North Bergen, New Jersey, and the Fairfield Marriott in Monticello, New York. Edgewater is a luxury 70-unit condominium complex, while the Monticello Marriott comprises more than 100 guest rooms.
